Yaupon Tea - Loose Leaf (1 oz.)

North America's ONLY native, caffeinated plant! This herbal tea was used for thousands of years by Native Americans for its energy-stimulating, mood-boosting, and anti-inflammatory qualities. This light roast offers a smooth and slightly sweet favor.

Brew Instructions: Fill 1 teaspoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place it in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached. Sweeten with honey, or sweetener of choice, if desired.
